From what I can tell patreon is only about a half second delay behind when live streaming. I bet neither platform uses a buffer because their chat delay is minimal. Without this buffer both platforms are susceptible to bandwidth congestion. I wonder if lowering the resolution on the video going to patreon would allow your connection to be steady. It could also be your ISP not allowing a consistent upload connection. So many possibilities, I wish I could be more ...

P. S. I was thinking about a different term for Bible study, would it be more acceptable to call it scripture fellowship or something similar?
