I hope you find an acceptable call-in solution. It looks like there are a few VoIP options and phone options. The phone options usually charge for their service except for Google Voice, I think. Typical VoIP services are Mumble, TeamSpeak, or Discord (more suspicious than Google). If you can communicate with others on it then you can pipe it through OBS. If I had my desktop working I could send you screenshots and clips demonstrating how to connect everything together.
