. District Judge James Boasberg ordered the Trump administration to turn around deportation flight carrying Garcia. This was an unlawful and unconstitutional order. The judge had neither the jurisdiction nor the authority to order the administration to stop an unjudgisable function. Congress gave ICE their own courts for such matters. I enjoy Andrew Branca, self defense lawyer, for these issues.
